Standard delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £85 and charged at £4.95 otherwise, it takes around 2-4 working days. Express delivery takes 1-2 working days and costs just £3.95 on orders over £85 and £7 otherwise.

For orders below £30 standard delivery is charged at £7.95 and takes 2-4 working days. Express delivery is charged at £9.95 and takes 1-2 working days.

International delivery is available starting at £12. This service typically takes around 7-14 working days depending on your region. 

If you wish to return your items you must notify us within 14 days of receipt or your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging. 

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact our customer services team on services@amaranthineblooms.com within seven days of receipt of your item including a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement.

Artificial flowers really require very little maintenance but there are a few tips that we recommend to keep your blooms looking 'fresh'. We would suggest each month putting your hairdryer on a cool setting and using this to blow away any dust that may have settled on the petals. This is especially important for the white and lighter coloured flowers as it's the dust that tends to cause marks whereas these don't show up as much on the darker colours. If you do see a mark on the blooms we would suggest using a damp cloth to try remove any stains. 

For the more delicate flowers such as our tulips, lilies and magnolia these are made from a special type of treated foam and it's important not to get these wet! If you do spot any marks on them then the best remedy is to use a baby wipe to try to remove the stain.
