Delivery/Returns

Delivery

Standard delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £85 and charged at £4.95 otherwise, it takes around 2-4 working days. Express delivery takes 1-2 working days and costs just £3.95 on orders over £85 and £7 otherwise 

International delivery is available starting at £12. This service typically takes around 7-14 working days depending on your region. 

Returns 

If you wish to return your items you must notify us within 14 days of receipt or your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging. 

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact our customer services team on services@amaranthineblooms.com within seven days of receipt of your item including a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement.

Lovely bouquet

This is a very cute bouquet that’s a good size - large enough to stand out, but not so big it overwhelms the space it’s in (I’ve put it in the middle of the lounge windowsill). I like how the different blooms compliment each other, and I particularly like how fresh and green the arrangement looks. The rose is by far the most convincing at very close range, but the other flowers are still very good (although more obviously fabric when you scrutinise them close-up). The vase, while simple, works really well to showcase the bouquet. The flowers and vase also came very well-packaged. Overall, a really gorgeous bouquet that should look pretty and fresh for years to come.

We were worried about fact flowers are artificial, but they are fantastic and hav transformed our bedroom. Worth every penny.
